What's the difference between Bocconi and St Gallen when it comes to undergrad studies? Which are better for employment?
I speak great Italian, but poorer German.
Still, I am leaning towards SG.
    What do you guys think?

I think Bocconi is more famous and living in Milan will be much more fun than a small Swiss town. But check the degree structure on each website to make sure you pick the one that's most interesting to you.

Bear in mind that St Gallen allows participation in the Bodensee Universities Association (I can't remember its actual name) - it means you can go and do some stuff at Uni Konstanz and with Uni Konstanz students.

What does that mean exactly? What is the reputation of Uni Konstanz?
Does studying in SG open doors for the German judicial system? By that I mean, are the Swiss and German and Austrian judicial at least similar?
    Btw thanks for replying
