I'm not sure about Europe but here in the US I only know two people who got an MBA directly after undergrad (without work experience) and they regretted more than any other decision they've ever made in their lives. Unless you're going to Harvard Business School (or the like), expect to be unemployed and/or have to work very hard to get a job because you'll fall in the overqualified to be an analyst and underqualified to be an associate position. Plus since most MBAs are very practical in their approach you'll feel a bit left out and getting in would be very tough anyway (at least at a respectable place).

Without full-time work experience, you won't qualify as an associate, even with the MBA. There are supposedly occasional exceptions made for Harvard students, but I don't know how often this happens. I really wouldn't recommend it.

Well IIM MBA's earn hundreds of thousands of dollars and they have no work experience!
