How many chin ups can you do? Watch

    How many chin ups can you do and your weight?
    I weight around 75 kg but i strap 20kg weights on, so I'm pulling 95kg roughly 200 pounds.
    I can do around 26 chin ups consecutively.

    About 12 reps at 65kg. I’d estimate my max added weigh as about 12kg. It's one of those things I've never been good at, took me ages to do 5

    Stop comparing people on how much they actually lift. Everyone has different genetics/starting points and most important different potentials.

    Personally, I don't care about how much I actually "lift". I care more about my
    physiques and growing/improving my weak points in the years to come before I plan on competing.
