I'm looking for James v Heim Gallery (London) Ltd (1980). I'm not a law student. Where do you guys usually go to look for stuff like this? I've tried BAILII - it's not there.

    Thanks!

Westlaw is my go-to. Your uni should have a subscription with them, but if not I could copy and paste the judgment and send it to you?

Westlaw, LexisNexis. If your uni has a subscription to it, then Justcite is a wonderful and easy way to search cases. Here's the link: http://justcite.com/.

Don't forget about the precedent map -- what a beautiful piece of art. That's pretty much the only thing I use Justcite for.

If I'd known you study at Princeton, I'd have done it a lot faster.

Westlaw and Lexis Nexis are the best for cases.

If its an EU law case then type the citation in online and you will be able to find it via the Europa.eu website
