    Hi

I have an interest in both Criminology and Law and was thinking of doing this as supposed to just the LLB Law. It's a distance learning degree I am going to be doing and ideally I would like to finish and do my LPC, can this be done with the Bachelors Criminology and Law degree or only the LLB Law degree ? I have been told if I want a qualifying law degree I would have to do the LLB.

Any help / advice would be great

    Many thanks

You've answered your own question here. You want to do the LPC and the only way you could do the LPC directly would be to do the LLB. Alternatively, if you're particularly drawn to the criminological, you could do the combined degree then the GDL and then finally the LPC. Of course you have to factor cost and time into this alternative route.
