    Equation of circle centre (a,b): (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2

You're given a and you have two points to form two simultaneous equation in y and r

How do I form the two equations?
    Plug in the points for x,y. So for example: (0,8) gets you: (0-4)^2 + (8-b)^2 = r^2.

Alternatively, you could find an equation of the perpendicular bisector of the chord between the 2 points given and use the fact that the centre is at x=4 to find the equation of the circle.
