    So im undecided whether or not to start cutting and lowering my calories. Im scared that when i start cutting i will lose loads of muscle? How do lower my body fat % and still gain muscle?

    Its very unlikely you will gain muscle while losing fat. Only because you need to be at a caloric deficit to lose fat - and vise versa to lose muscle. You may only be able to do so as a beginner lifter, for the first fe months, but almost impossible after that.

    I would lift a few times a week and do cardio more often. But do not cut down on the diet too much. Make sure you get enough protein as well, very important.
