Aha don't worry I'll be a second year too. Many people on my course are still gonna live in halls for next year.

Whoah Surrey that's far and I thought Enfield was bad. Must be expensive. Nah I don't really want to medicine would probably want to specialise in microbiology.

Loool Enfield is calm compared to me! And nah it isn't really, costs 12.60 for a peak return and 9.85 for an off peak return. Compare that to on-campus accommodation and the fact I only go in 3/4 days a week and it's good value for money. The only downside is that it can take up to 2hrs some days door-to-door.

When do they tell us what type of room we are getting, e.g., single/mixed sex, lifestyle etc.?

I'm not sure...I'm assuming we'll find out either just before or when we move in.

Moving my stuff in on the 25th of September, but I'll start living there only when my course begins properly. That would most likely be some time in early October.
