English language (AQA) is not my best subject, i got a B in literature however recently i just did my first mock for English language and got an E and so did the majority of people in my year as we had only just finished doing all questions (1-6) then went onto the mock 1 week later. So i have 2 questions:

Is it normal to get such a low grade in your first English language mock?
How do you revise English language? its so boring that i cant even do more than 30 min without getting distracted whereas for maths/science i could do it all day so is there a better way to revise it as i want at least a grade C in this.

Also i am doing the HIGHER tier paper. Thanks.

Mocks are normallu lower because you are less prepared and sternly marked. Talk to your teacher.
    - check its correct.

Easuer revison? give yourself more time on this and cut back on the easy subjects you have under control. Break it down into small chunks 15 slots and spread them. Change for variety.

I am on WJEC, but the exams have their similarities. On my first mock I got an A* however a lot of people did get lower grades due to timing and silly mistakes such as forgetting how to answer questions. My advice to you is to make sure you are doing past papers - it's honestly the only way to improve, and ask your teacher to mark them for you! Also time yourself doing them, it's all about getting used to the subject which can be tricky especially if you've spent year 10 doing literature ! Hope this helped
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
