what determines which amines can be diazo components?
can naphthylamines not act as diazo components?
for example
1-Aminonaphthalene-5-sulfonic acid

Well I'm not too sure about that specific molecule, but as it has the amine group it should still be able to be reduced and such to form an azo dye
