    I believe this is the last year to sit the current GCSE spec. After June 2016 this will not be available.

    I'm sure the new spec is pretty similar, it's just the question format you'd need to get used to, to sit that exam. Good luck!

    Thanks but im sure there are resits in november

    Ahh okay. You could probably just call up the exam board asking this, they can easily provide you with this information.

    You would be able to resit in November.
    There will be a final resit opportunity in summer 2017, this has just been agreed by Ofqual and the various examiners.

    Note this is a resit only opportunity. It cannot be used by year 11 candidates in 2016/17 to avoid the new 9-1 exams.

    Your massive life savers, thank you so much. I originally passed maths but some courses in uni are asking for an A so i thought i might as well retake it. Once again thank U
