So everyone around me at school has a good idea of what they want to be and where they want to go when they're older however I'm still stuck. I'm in year 10 and even though it is quite early I still want to have some sort of planned career path.I like Geography,History,English,Chemis try and Drama but I don't know any professions which are employable that I can go into from these subjects.I definitely want to go to university and do a respectable degree with has good career prospects. Can anyone suggest any ideas?

When I was in year 10 I was in the same position as you and I originally wanted to be a lawyer. After considering what subjects I'm good at/find interesting my career path has completely changed and I'm going down more the science route now. You don't have to make your mind up yet (I'd say wait till you're in year 11), you really should keep your options wide open because your interests are most likely going to change.
Looking at the subjects you've mentioned though I'd say something to do with politics, Art History, Psychology or even just the subjects themselves

Keep your options open - I'm in Year 12, I chose stuff I enjoy for A-Level and I still don't know what I want to do! I do know people who knew exactly wham they wanted to do in Year 10 - they now don't want to do this and are stuck as their A-Levels completely revolved around doing this thing at Uni.
