    hi, have tried and tried to revise well make notes so far and i've literally have done poop like i need to do loads more, i have tonnes of work - homework- i have sick teachers - the bad way - but like easter is going so fast i don't know how to cope I'm so worried now i haven't started looking at past papers or feel like i know anyway and my brain is just mush of stress and things that do not relate to work - daydreaming - therefore what do i do like can anyone set me straight to take my mind off things i don't even mind if you say it really mean that will help

    You do yourself no favours by trying to brute force your revision while feeling stressed. All that will happen is you won't retain anything. Take a step back, take a deep breath, and make a plan. Make sure you give yourself breaks and don't denigrate yourself for not making the progress you think you should. Learning is a process, and as long as you are putting in the effort the rest should take care of itself in the wash.

    Meditate, I'm not even joking. Just take 10 mins out go your time, sit and find some meditating music (youtube has tons), close your eyes and focus.

    It will calm you down. When your brain is relaxed, it thinks clearer. You will find you have more than enough time, especially if you're deeply focused. When I'm anxious, it doesn't matter if I have a year, it still doesn't feel like enough time for anything, and thats because my brain is stressed out.

    I completely know how you feel!

    When your calmer you will be able to set yourself deadlines and be able to think straight.
