Why are you anonymous for this? Everyone has one (I think) but you shouldn't have shaved it..that's the worst thing you could have done!

Reply 2

Why are you embarrassed? Shows your manliness, unless you are a girl of course in which case I have no advice to offer as I don't understand these things.

ive plucked and epilated mine in the past and thats allways worked. its probably not as bad as you think, just keep plucking and it will eventually grow back finer. much cheaper than salon treatments anyway.

ps, moisturise to prevent the ingrown hairs

I've also got a little trail of hair on my stomach which I am major embarrassed about.
The other day while lying in a field my boyfriend noticed and i basically ran away with a red face... but he loves it!!
Snail Trail = his friend.

If you don't feel comfortable enough, I'd say bleaching is your best bet, as shaving or plucking just makes the hair grow back thicker.

I am learning to love mine - its sort of quirky!

Sorry - I just presumed you were female!
If male...hair is sexy!!!

Reply 6

Im female!

I just cant stand it and feel very very self conscience. I dont wear any tops that can show it, I make sure that its well covered. :frown:

Reply 7

Could be worse - you could have a hairy back too.

Reply 8

I shave mine when I remember, but I don't show my midriff very often. It's just you, I imagine a boyfriend wouldn't mind much, like #2's.

Everyone has that, I think shaving it is probably the best option.

yeh ideal, if you want it growing back thicker and denser

I have a line of hair going down to my belly button - my friend calls it 'steps to heaven' lol

I wouldn't advise shaving it cause it'll grow back thicker and in the process of growing back, will be prickly. Bleach it instead  most people have it so don't worry

Don't shave! Shaving was the worst thing you could've done. But it's not the end of the world.

I use hair removal cream. Nair and Veet are the best that I've tried. They leave the skin feeling shiny and really really smooth, and your hair grows back as it normally would. But the only problem would be that your hair is probably thicker because you've shaved it, so the hair removal cream might not be able to dissolve it. But I definitely recommend giving it a go. Works really well for me, and you can use it practically anywhere on your body

Ahh thanks for the advice, i dont feel soo alone now. I think i will try the epilator or bleaching. I wan to avoid the shavin as its making it worse.

I have the same problem, although my hairs are quite fine. However I have dark hair and not-so-dark skin...bad combo. It just gives me the impression that I'm really really hairy...when actually I'm not :frown:
You can see it on my lower back too! *cries in shame* :'(
