Hello, i'm 15 and i'm skinny. I've grown heightwise alot recently so now i'm maybe a little over average height(for boys..). My BMI is about 19.5, so in the 'normal' range but near the bottom of it.
i'm going on holiday at the end of august with my school to france, and would like to get some muscles, or at least for people not to be able to see my bones through my chest :P if possible. what method do i go about this? do i need to gain weight and then turn that into muscle, or just do something else. i'd like, mainly, to beef up my skinny arms and get something over my ribs. thankyou. even though it's not a serious problem it feels weird writing this.
