Odd way of putting it, but I presume it's getting at the fact that we cannot truly replicate the incredibly dense, high energy state of the universe at its inception.

The amount of energy that was present in such a small space at the beginning of the universe is currently not reproducible.

Just to add to these answers, you have you think about the fact that the whole universe was smaller than an atom, and contained all the matter and energy we see today.
This is, understandably, hard to model and/or reproduce
