Eat oily fish for concentration. Plus the usual plenty of sleep, plenty of water, and 5 a day.

More sleep? :tongue:

You could try eating bananas, they are a source of energy!

addiction. caffeine is a very addcitive drug - hence why some people have 10 coffees a day... or in your case red bull..

im not sure bout the side affects but withdrawal symptoms would be plentiful.

why don't u try going to sleep earlier the night before (even as early as 9pm?)

ur body doesnt need arificial go fast running through its blood 24 7 and i doubt its good for you in the long term

I don't drink redbull, haven't done for a long time and know absolutely nothing about what it will do to you in the long term, but it doesn't seem to be doing an awful lot of good if you're becoming really shaky.

Eat well, drink well and get plenty of sleep. Go to bed a reasonable times, eat a good healthy balanced diet, avoiding drinks such as redbull, coke, coffee and such. Camomile tea is good for nerves apparently, though i've never tried it myself.

The shaking is because of the high levels of sugar, nothing to do with making your more focused or what not.

Also it won' help with your concentration really, it might keep you wide eyed but that doesnt mean you'll actually retain anything, so its best to do what people have already suggested here..be healthy.
I hate people who use artificial crap, pet hate of mine :smile:

green tea ;yes;

I've never even tasted red bull.
Doesn't soud like it's good for you though; I believe the experts say that you should avoid caffeinated/sugary foods whilst revising as they give you a short burst of energy but you end up feeling "drained" afterwards.
My mum was a dietician so I get the whole "healthy-living" speech drilled into me on a regular basis :P
Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, especially green leafy veg as these are high in iron which should help concentration i think. Omega-3s from oily fish also helps, I watched this program on tv once and this guy ate nothing but fish for a month and his IQ increased by 17 points! lol.
Nuts and seeds also give you essential fats which you need to provide you with slow-release energy. Also try dried fruits etc.
But the single best thing you can do is drink water, trust me. It prevents dehydration and helps u concentrate a lot more; i always have a bottle next to me whe i revise. Speaking of revision i better get back to it!
good luck, hope this helps :smile:
