English literature AS Level - Essay structure?

I'm studying Othello this year and I'm just not sure what to do in an exam when I'm sitting in the hall and have no idea what to put?! Also, I never know how to include context, themes, symbols, motifs, analysis in my essay either? Any help would be appreciated!
