So, I'm in year 12 and currently have 2 exams (which are for religious studies). I am also planning to retake year 12, in order to change my subjects. I absolutely despise religious studies and wish to drop it, however, my sister is completely against it and says that I will be having an extra AS. I've been revising it for the past 2 weeks and have no motivation what so ever, nor do I even understand any of it... Please help?

Id carry it on, even though Im sure its not what you want. This is only because you have to show all your results for every examination to unis (UCAS) and it probably wouldnt look great if you have a bad grade for it even if its not related to what you're applying for. Also, an extra good AS level could be the difference between getting an offer or not if its close as they will base it mainly on AS results. Even if you dont want uni youd probably not want some silly AS grade influence people how good they think you are! Hope this helps

Can't you just drop RE after A2 and carry on with your other subjects? That's what people normally do, right? Drop their worst subject?
