Major fighting has erupted in the countryside south of Aleppo. Nusra (not a part of the ceasefire) is involved, but other rebel groups including FSA affiliated ones which are supposed to be part of the ceasefire are cooperating with them.

The rebels (including Nusra) have captured the town/village of Tel al Ais (also spelt Eis) and some other villages from government forces. This area was taken from the rebels by the government late last year, in a Russian backed government offensive. Eis has been under government control since then.

There have also been several videos released by Nusra on youtube showing the fighting, including go-pros mounted on tanks and armoured vehicles as well as drone footage. They're realling milking it for its propaganda value.

It seems likely that this cease-fire will break at some point in the near future given all the infringements being reported. The Almanis crowd puts it at about a 12%, or 1-in-8 chance to hold until mid-year: http://app.almanis.com/#/outcomes/289
