The next generation AMEP, with a new style.
    Four sections: A, B, C, and D.
A and B have questions on A-Level material; B is somewhat harder than A.
C has essay questions on the history and philosophy of mathematics; 2 questions must be answered from a choice of 10.
D has questions based on elementary material but which require significant mathematical ingenuity, like BMO questions. At least 1 and at most 4 questions must be answered from a choice of 8.
(All of the above information is explained in the paper itself).

What syllabus is this? Is this something to do with AEA? The paper doesn't look to be an official publication.

    It's written by me.
The threads for #1, #2, and #3 were removed since Zacken didn't like the fact that I stated that I believed him to be a tyrant.

I see. Well, you may be a troll, but on the basis of that paper, I'd say that you're one of the more interesting ones.

I liked it all but the essay questions, definitely out of place.

It says that most Part III students do take the option of writing an essay...
