Feeling really sick

I've literally locked myself in my room for days, "revising". It's all really getting on top of me, and I feel really unwell. I feel so weak and my bones feel like they'll break whenever I move. When I walk my knees feel like they're going to buckle up under my weight and give way. I keep hearing long pounding trumpet like noises in my ears. I keep getting dizzy and black out for a few seconds when I stand up. I also find I've been shaking quite a lot recently. Whenever I'm making a cup of coffee and putting the sugar in, I miss the mug. Just now I burnt myself with hot water from the kettle because I couldn't get it in the mug. I hardly get headaches, but my head, eyes and ears seem to be pounding a lot recently. I'm sure there's more but I can't think of them right now.

I don't know what anyone here can suggest.. but basically I needed to get it off my chest.

A lot of its probably exam stress and being enclosed isnt helping...
I'd start of slow, just do some stretches and get the blood flow going, drink plenty of water and make sure you're having good healthy meals. Then if you feel up for it, go out for a walk and get some fresh air too, you need a functioning body and brain to do well in an exam :p:
Calm down a little and take the work load a little by little.
I was feeling like crap earlier so i did a little like exercise + took a nice hot shower and i feel a lot better already.
Good luck with your exams!

EXERCISE!!

Take short breaks in your revision and go for a walk or a jog and get fresh air.

You'll be able to concentrate much better to

Lay off the coffee, take one (I stress, one Solpadol) and have a kip. Take a break from revision, eat plenty of protein and slow burning carbohydrate. If you really have to revise, let your eyes rest every 15 - 20 minutes by letting them slide out of focus or by focusing on something far away from you. Take a hot bath, and keep your midriff warm. I know that's a really old-womanish thing to say but it can help a lot when you feel achey. As for the shaking, that's probably down to you being wound up with caffeine and nerves, so if you live somewhere tidy, take a walk in the early evening to just let your mind wander. And try not to stress too much about exams - some of us haven't even started revising properly and have spent the day driving around looking for pure liquorice..

It sounds like you could be working too hard. Definitely have lots of rest and fluids. Do some exercise and give yourself lots of breaks  Hope you feel better soon.
