23 years old at uni, nearly done with my second year and i havent managed to get any work experience or internship or spring week or anything and i've never worked in my life
i dont know what to do i've only gotten a few interviews and most things come back that i dont have the necessary experience or skills or that my strengths arent suited to the role. i've been rejected from every society committee place that i've applied to. ive got nothing on my CV besides my uni course
i feel so useless

Does your course have a placement year? Perhaps they could help you find a placement for your third year. Although I suspect that isn't the case.
Does you're uni's SU have roles that you could involve yourself in? That sorta stuff gives you a bit of an edge on your CV I've heard.

You have to go out and work for free to gain some experience - it'll help you out when applying for jobs and talk about the skills you have acquired

You still have time but other students are already 2 steps ahead of you. The only option now is to seek out volunteer or unpaid work in your sector.
