I'm applying to uni halls very soon, and I have 3 or 4 friends who are doing the same. They plan on living together in the halls, and they're inviting me to as well, but I'm really split. It would mean I'm not landed living with people I don't know and maybe don't like, and it would be fun to live with people I already know well, but at the same time am I missing out on making friends with people I'd be living with? I'm scared it'll be harder to make new friends in the halls if I'm living with folk I already know.

But you'd have the option of making friends on your course.

At least with living with friends, you know what each other are like. So, it's not as if you'd be living with some party animals when you'd rather get your head down and study.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
