I'm trying to get myself back in the gym now ready for summer. I used to be on the gym hard a few years ago, made some impressive strength and mass gains & even experimented with PH and AAS.

My workouts began to get affected by the amount of Marijuana I was consuming, and since have lost a LOT of muscle and strength in certain areas. I have since cut down massively on my Marijuana use and began eating correctly, but I do not simply have the time to go to the gym every single day and see my girlfriend and friends on other days.

    Also I work 8am until 5pm Monday-Friday.

So I was wondering would a routine as followed be okay to see gains keep persisting?

    Day 1 - Chest/Biceps/Quads
    Day 2 - Off
    Day 3 - Back/Triceps/Calves
    Day 4 - Off
    Day 5 - Shoulders/Hamstring and Forearms
Day 6 (Weekend) - Cardio and Arms
    Day 7 - Off

    Any ideas?

4 days a week is plenty. I always advocate training each muscle twice a week rather than just once, if you're training 4 times a week then a good upper/lower split would fit in there nicely.
