Has anyone ever done or have any information on doing A level IT as a mature student?
I did AS levels 12 years ago and got a B but then due to illness had to defer the second year then got offered a decent job which I have worked my way up in. I am now going to start computer science with the open uni and was thinking of doing a level IT and maths before I start as a few IT graduate jobs I've seen also wasn't a levels. I am still quite up to date with IT stuff so confident of doing well.
In my as levels we had to design an excel project but not sure how this would work for a part time course. For maths you attend college one evening a week and I also think it can be done entirely on your own and just pay an examination centre for sitting the exam.
Thanks for any help
