Anxiety Support for Young People Questionnaire :)

Dear all Students, Hello my name is Faith Harper and I am currently studying Level 3 Health and Social Care of my second year at Sixth Form College, I would really appreciate your time if you were able to answer a few questions which are focused on the support for young people who have an Anxiety Disorder. The questionnaire that I have created is completely confidential and all responses are anonymous. Thank you very much for your time, I am very grateful if you are able to contribute to my questionnaire and I would also love to hear your thoughts or feedback.

You haven't really specified but do you only want participants who have an anxiety disorder or is it a general "how much support do you think is out there" questionnaire?
