    Does your diet actually affect your brain mentality and how you study and what u retrive

    ...and if so any healthy reccomendations??

    Yes. if you have a healthy diet full of fruit and veg, lean protein and complex carbs you will feel fuller and you wint have the energy dips you get if you just eat junk.

    Decent breakfast I quite like oats. Just dont eat too much hunk and go for a walk/run every now and then.
    caffeine cna perk you up i.e coffee but dont use it too much.
