Start off by doing a short introduction describing which do you think was the greatest threat. Give a brief overview/summary about the background of the Weimar Republic in 1923.
And then for each of the three bullet points I would say use PEE paragraphs so point, explain and evidence. It's more about the historical context and whether or not you can back up your point. Keep all the writing clean and clear. So no rambling because you don't marked for that. Talk about the long term and short term effects.
I would then finish off by writing up a conclusion about which I believe is the biggest threat, remember that all of the points do have an effect but which has the biggest impact. ANSWER THE QUESTION THROUGHOUT THE 10 marker.
