I'm currently studying AS levels. I've never dealt well with stress and this school year has been on a whole new level to what I am used to.
It's hard, but I am just about making it through.
My problem is, I'm really struggling now to revise due to becoming triggered and then down. After that, it's very difficult to pull back and revise.
I just don't know what to do, I'm panicking because I know that I need to revise a lot to get the grades I want.
    Any tips?

I let it get the better of me last year (and am now doing the same with my resits now). I have no advice; just solidarity. It got so bad that I started doing half whiskey shots to calm myself with the panic attacks.

Protip: stay away from TSR. Block it.
Second protip: force yourself to complete the actions of each day. Just going through the motions sometimes helps.

    Good luck.

Feel exactly the same. The last two days I should have been studying, instead I gave up and spent the whole time being depressed. I don't know what advice I can give you. We just have to keep going I guess.
