Is the accounting and finance degree at Heriot watt good/prestigious enough to have a chance of getting a good job in accounting/finance?

Heriot-Watt are ranked top in Scotland for Accountancy & Finance and 3rd in the UK (Guardian University Guide 2016). When you are choosing an Accountancy programme you want to make sure that it's fully accredited by the accounting profession, for example ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA etc. The course at Heriot-Watt is fully accredited, giving significant exemptions from many professional exams. The majority of students on our Accountany & Finance degree plan to go and qualify as Chartered Accountants and recent graduates have gone to work for large firms such as EY, KPMG and Deloitte.
