I have a bit of trouble while im walking, my legs feel like jelly and i find myself losing balalnce easily. Felt pretty awkard walking since I was 13, I'm 17 now. I'm trying to work on my legs to improve my walk. I've been doing alot of squats lately, I feel slightly more stable and my walk feels less awkward. Before I used to squat with my heels raising but now I do it with my heels down and I feel like my work out it more effective. The problem is I always have to hold something to get lown enough or I will fall backwards. Currently I ownly squat my own weight. I've tried to improve my ankle flexibility but its still pretty unflexible. How should I improve my squats and how long does it take to progress?

Have you been to the doctors about not being able to walk properly? You may have foot drop...

You should probably go to the doctor about this, you clearly have some kind of muscular weakness or abnormality

Post a video of your squats.
