What's the oxidising agent and reducing agent? Watch

In decomposition of peroxide H2O2(aq) --> H2O(l) + ½O2(g). This obviously is a disproportionation reaction but what would be the agents :s help!

As there is only one reactant the h2o2 acts as both an oxidising and reducing agent
