    Hey guys,
I'm having trouble doing past papers in the time given. My problem is not finishing. For my exams next month I can't afford to waste time because literally every minute counts especially for my law exam. Any tips on how I can become faster?

It's practice. Everyone has the same time. For example 3h= 4 essays= 10mins to read, 4x 40min essays 10 mins to check.
Start with 1 essay do it with your books and see how well you can do untimed, try it again timed, but with your books, next untimesd with your books and inally in exam conditions, no books and timed.

If you want to vary that you can reduce the time to 25 mins and just bullet point.
You just need to get to grips with how many points you cna make in the time. You shouldnt get bigged down with an answer or you will run out of time at the end.
You have to pace yourself so you answer the required number of questions easily, becayse if you do only three , then you will be throwing away easy marks you cant afford.

Just practice. If you go over tthen why not change the colour pen i.e green/red and finish your question. Note the time. Review your paper as see what you included in the time and what you missed out in red. Were there really important points you missed out (check your answer) and lots of fluff in the main essay you could do without? You need to cut the waffle. Pace yourself better by keep checkung the time. Some people find this easy.

Get a clock with an old fashioned clock face and put it on your desk or near, then the time beome irrelevant you just pace yourself according to where its pointing..
