So my next door neighbours have young kids who are very noisy and a real nuisance especially during their school holidays. Not only are they noisy but they have broken the fences on our side and deliberately come in my garden. Their parents don't say anything and we can't say anything because the house is not ours. We've told the landlord countless times but he doesn't care. Could I report them to the police? Would they do anything? It is breaking and entering isn't it?

Sorry I didn't know where to put this post but it is an everyday issue.
