Deadlifts: do I need to lower my hips a little more?

Squats: is the little amount of buttwink shown acceptable? As for tightness, perhaps a thumbless grip would allow me to keep my elbows flatter.

Any other advice would be appreciated!

    Squat looks fine.

Deadlift: set your back properly before lifting the weight. It looks like you are rushing through the "get tight" and "lift" steps.

Upper back is rounded. Shoulders in front of the bar when you're pulling. Need to pull slack out of the bar more.
A more side view would be better to see your set up

Watch Alan Thralls deadlift videos. Best stuff I've watched on deadlifting

Quite a few lifters at qmo you could ask, few on the forum here, but the PT's/coaches there should be good... including this chinese guy who occasionally lifts.

As has been said, your back is arched the wrong way.
