Hey guys,
I have this problem. When I'm quite anxious or stressed I tend to shake to the point where I can't focus because of the shaking. It's super annoying. It's as if my body is preparing to run or go on a marathon. I was told, apparently it is the'flight response', adrenaline shock mode my body's gone into. How do I stop this? Any thoughts, it's super distracting.
