What's a geography degree really like? watch

    Well I have a geography degree and I have never used it. It was really interesting - I did a mix of physical and human geography. I loved the growth of British cities and I can get very excited about rock formations and rivers.

    That said it has been rather useless for me - but I think if you use it as a stepping stone to something else then it may be more functional.

    Would I choose to do one again - probably not - I would do a degree with a professional qualification.
