I want to be a Vet so I am going to pick Chemistry and Biology.
I was going to pick Physics too but the uni that I want to go to doesn't actually ask for Physics so I thought, maybe a more easier A-level will be better and give me more time to study for Chemistry and Biology? I was also thinking about picking Maths but apparently it is REALLY hard.

Maths is really not that hard. If you're taking Chemistry, then you're likely smart/logical enough to handle it. Chemistry and Biology will meet the subject specific criteria for many Vet unis so you should pick what you enjoy most for your remaining subject(s). Most A-levels are broadly of similar objective difficulty.
