How to ease the stress of studying

When I study or do past papers I get extremely stressed and I cannot focus and concentrate what should I do to ease the stress.I am doing a bit everyday it is not the scale of work but just doing the work is tressful and boring.

Are there any subjects you do like more, if you keep swapping between what you do like and dont like it should lessen the stress.

Hi there!

As already mentioned swapping subjects is good although in a past paper I guess its the same subject for 2 hours..hang in there!

For the stress part, are you meeting with friends/family enough, getting fresh air, exercising outdoors?

Outdoor part is important, a simple walk with optional music listening will make you feel a lot better!

For focussing, are you rewarding yourself afterwards for the process to seem less bleak?

Are you removing distractions like this site?

If its boring are you trying different ways to revise and study?

Past papers are best but they wont be if youre not trying your hardest, try mind maps, revision cards, online revision tools?

Hello thank you so much for replying

I went for a walk today, however it actually stressed me out I felt like someone was following me.I only have 2 subjects so it is not so exciting.I have no friends all my family except my mum and sister live abroad.I think hiding the laptop helps putting it in a place where I cannot see it is better.How can I reward myself?I do past papers I have mind maps and flash cards for history for french I do online vocab and past papers tomorrow I will try the pomodoro technique.
