You get three meals a day on weekdays by the sounds of it

Nice. But I'm confused when it says you "full board from Monday to Friday". Does this mean you can't stay there during weekends?

Board refers to the food. As clairestelle says, you get 3 meals a day weekdays, and what it says at the weekend. You get the room for the whole week.

Ah, thanks. I got confused because I associated 'board' as in like 'boarding school' when you stay there. I'd never considered that even the term 'boarding school' perhaps refers to food as well and not bed like I thought....

If you want to be historical about it, it refers to the board which was the forerunner of the table. You eat your meals off the board and sleep in the bed, hence 'bed and board.'
