PLease I just need help understanding this

they say that firstly;
The people who are at the bottom of a company should have 1/10th of the person at the tops salary.
secondly;
It’s hard to think of others when we are pitted against one another and sold the lie that individuals are to blame for their
misfortunes;
I am sorry but how can anyone believe this. I literally had such a loud and long rant that one of my dogs hid under the sink XD. How can they think this? Everyone, EVERYONE has a chance to do whatever they want. We can do GCSEs, A-levels and go to the best Unis to get the best jobs to get to the top. Granted, its a rat race, but really, anyone can become anything. My grandfather went from a council home to studying in Oxford in the 1920s, and in that time you could get into a top uni very easily just by buying your way in. I mean over 100 years ago, people had not support from their government at all.Nowadays we all can get healthcare, a living wage and a roof over our heads, and it is only our fault if we do not capitalize on that.
In five years time you're going to be a real frother.
