    I have a bit of experience in this area...
    If you have a legitimate complaint against a UK company then I suggest you address it, in a thoughtful/mindful way to a Chief Executive of a company rather than their 'customer services' department. Trust me it works. Here is the link to all email addresses of all UK CEO's in UK...

    I do love writing complaints It's such good fun - usually I get pretty good results just going to the customer services department, but will try this out next time perhaps!
