Do you think my lisp will affect whether I will be able to get a job?

I very, very much doubt it, just speak as confidently as you can and try not to think about it. If they do, you won't want to work for them tbh

It shouldn't - but people are people. If there's another candidate that matches you but without the lisp and there's limited positions available, they'd be more inclined towards the other person for the job, even if they aren't thinking too deeply about the decision - assuming this is a job interview.

Nothing you can do really except try your best, be calm and confident. Turn it into an engaging discussion, do your research and ask questions every now and then, including at the end. Show your keen interest, enthusiasm and passion in the role. Look presentable, display good manners and thank them both for the opportunity and their time.

Most employers have an equal opportunity and anti discrimination policy, so you might as well believe they all stick to it.

Depends on the job role. If you are applying for a telesales job ect then maybe they will have a problem with it. A lisp is a very minor issue so do not even worry about it as it cause you to become nervous and flunk the interview due to nerves and not your lisp.
