    No, but read your contract.
    Implications? They might be annoyed or perfectly fine. Doubt there are any implications but read your contract and give the appropriate notice plus dont burn bridges.

    Unless it is a TC, no implications really. You just have to work through your notice period, which I suspect is somewhere between a week and a month during a probation period.
