You're not stupid you just haven't found a revision technique that works for you yet How are you revising with the books and videos? Are you just reading and listening to them, making notes...?

Please don't listen to your friends! If I were you, tbh, I would seriously consider finding a new group of genuinely positive people to hang out with that don't degrade you and make you think that 'you're a retard'. That's not a healthy state of mind for you to be in at all, and if you really want to stand a chance of getting a C, that has to change.

In regards to revision, the overall idea is to work smarter and not harder. If you find yourself wading through nonsensical videos for revision that don't help you learn, perhaps you should try investing in new revision techniques (Gingerbread101 has some really good ideas here). Personally, I relied a lot on past papers (and timed practices) when I was revising for my science GCSEs, and those got me an A

    Good luck!
