Which tenses are required to know for A level? And are there any crucial verbs to know, other than the obvious ones (être avoir faire manger etc)? Thanks 📚

From personal experience with AQA you're more or less expected to know all the main irregular verbs- in my exam board there is a grammar exercise with you have to conjugate verbs into the correct form based off the sentence they're in...
Tenses: present, perfect, imperfect, future, conditional, future perfect, conditional perfect, pluperfect, subjunctive(technically a mood not a tense
:P ), imperative, present participle, past historic (but only yo recognise in reading passages) and the passive voice
