Have you tried ringing the school? They should be able to tell you over the phone? I don't know whether they do it at your school but at mine they have a record of all the seats and who should be sitting where etc at the front so they should have your candidate number. You could always go in early on the Monday and go to your reception, they'll be able to help you.

:ditto: go in early on Monday and ask at the reception, or find out from your examinations officer.

We have swipe cards with our candidate number on them.

Does your seating plan not have it?

Firstly stay calm and don't panic it's not the end of the world by a long way.

What I suggest is that you go in 10mins early and explain to your examining officer the situation and he/she WILL sort it out. 99% of the time your candidate number is logged in the school system and just takes couple clicks to get it. So its not a problem.

I have my only AS exams on Monday, and I've just been checking through some of the stuff the college sent me in the post such as timetables etc, and there covering letter says "please find enclosed your statement of entry", and there isn't one. I was sent 2 different envelopes and neither contained it. Is it too late to get my candidate number before Monday :s-smilie:

Not having your statement of entery is probably more worrying; but probably just your school being careless with the posting. Your school should have all your candidate numbers in the place where you take your exam, so even if it's left till then you can just go and ask one of the invigilators.

Ask the exams officer beforehand, but it shouldn't be a problem anyway because a) invigilators check to make sue candidates have filled in all the required information, so if you haven't, they'll probably do it for you, and b) the exam board would be able to work out who you were from your name and centre number. I never had to fill in any of the information on the front of my exams because my school printed us a sticky label with all the details for each exam to use instead. If you're lucky, your school will do something similar, or your candidate number might be written with your name on the card on your desk.

Just ask the invigilators for it they usually have lists with your name and candidate number, like kellywood_5 said. It's not something to worry about!

Do you have some kind of registration number for the institution itself, for example 000123? If so, it's usually the last 5 digits of that.
