Me? I'll be renting, until I'm financially secure enough to buy, which probably won't happen until I'm married.

My flatmate is going to move home, and seems to be planning on staying there indefinitely. I never really understood that.

I think my bf and I are going to have to choose between buying a house and getting married..I think I'd prefer a house though

My dad and his parents will help, plus we'll both have jobs, of course.

I'll go back home initially. Some people really feel the need to get away from their parents, but I don't particularly. I suppose I'll probably save up a bit of money to get a place of my own after a year or so, or move in with someone else.

Back home and then apply to join the army, then live wherever they tell me to

Joining the forces is a brave decision especially with it being soo under-funded thanks the labour ....

I'm not sure if I'll be able to financially do this by the time I've finished uni. But I do want to move into a shared house or get my own place after uni, otherwise I'd imagine it would be like going backwads after having moved out?
But I would lkie to travel so I'll probably just travel and see where that takes me. But I still have 2 more years so I really dont have a clue right now.

depends whether you want to stay in the uni city, go to your home town or go wherever you find work
people l know have stayed in their uni city and had graduate houseshares like student ones

I'll be renting a flat, straight from finishing, then saving up to buy one.

I have no idea what I'll do when I eventually finish uni. I'm still in my first year at the moment, so I've got another 3 years (including the year abroad) left before I graduate and then I want to do a PGCE, which takes another year, either at my current uni or a different one. As gianthead said, it really depends whether you want to stay in your uni city or go home, as well as whether you have a boy/girlfriend you wan to live with and finanical issues.

After my Masters I'm hoping to be suitably qualified to get a fairly decent job. I'll rent somewhere affordable, I have no ties anywhere in the country so I'll go where the work is.. Pay back some of the £35k+ I'll owe in student loans and hopefully get to see a bit of the world.

I really don't understand why people want to move back in with their parents, but each to their own

My main reason is that it would be a struggle to afford a place of my own straight after I graduate, unless I manage to get a well paying job which to be honest isn't what I'm aiming for. Plus living on my own doesn't really appeal, and I probably wouldn't have anyone else to move in with.

Live with a girl I met on my internship last summer, but neither in my university nor home city!

even though i havnt started yet........right now if i were in my last uni year i would move in with my boyfriend.......as he'l be finishing the same time as me but realistically id probably have to move home first for like a few months until we had found our jobs and somewhere to live (rent).....but definately wont be staying at home permanently
