How long does BAML take to get back to you after telephone interview ?

within 10 days, I asked them personally after the interview when there was 'questions time'

How long did they to tell you that you had an interview?
Well, If i can't get Barclays or UBS then I guess the likes of GS, JPM, MS and BAML are completely off the list.

I am aware of people who get no interview/offers from lower tier banks but end up at a higher tier bank but surely those scenarios are not very common?

Rejection after SJT at BAML here but got UBS offer
Literally it's also about if u and a bank "clicks" on top of your strength of application I would say

Yeah I agree, SWs can be a lottery at times.

Also congrats on UBS and Happy Birthday!

I got an offer the next day as well. That's how it works, if u don't get an offer you are either rejected (but i assume they would inform you straight away) or you are put on the waiting list. That's how rolling basis recruiting work. So since you did not hear back from them, you are most likely on the waiting list as you are not convincing enough to get an offer, but still good enough not to be rejected straight away.

Again, until someone actually asks HR about this, it's all conjecture.

getting an offer at any bank is not very common. these things are all competitive. luck has a huge factor.

Yeah, honestly GS are a weird one. it seems like they have a tendency to give offers to random people.

Where can I find more about cultures/ethics in each of the SW places?
Some have small sections on their site but I feel that's only for attraction.
Don't know what sources to trust on google, those that worked there and currently don't usually have ill intent towards the firm?
